Monark, an application programming interface (API) platform providing broker-dealers and wealth management platforms seamless access to private markets, has announced a distribution partnership with ViewTrade.
Through the ViewTrade partnership, Monark’s API combined with ViewTrade’s proprietary technology will enable the ViewTrade business community to access alternative investments from within their existing ViewTrade technology solution. This ViewTrade partnership creates a global solution that will span more than 30 countries servicing more than 300 business-to-business clients globally, including technology startups, large banks, brokers and advisors.
With an initial focus on the pre-initial public offering (IPO) market, Monark and ViewTrade will work to expand access to private markets, which has historically been accessible only to institutions.
