The $8.1 billion Missouri Local Government Employees Retirement System (LAGERS) has disclosed a $75 million commitment to ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, a private infrastructure fund managed by I Squared Capital.
In accordance with the overall strategy of the fund series, ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III will take a sector-agnostic approach to portfolio construction, targeting assets that fit within the firm’s risk model.
The Public School Employees’ Retirement System of Pennsylvania also invested $400 million in ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III in August, and Taiwan Life Insurance Co. committed $20 million to the fund earlier this month.
The fund has a target size of $12 billion.
