Mirova becomes largest shareholder in GreenWay through €50m investment

Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers dedicated to sustainable investing, has made a €50 million ($54 million) investment in GreenWay, a company that provides comprehensive electric vehicle charging solutions.

With the investment, Mirova will become the largest shareholder in GreenWay Holding, which is composed of GreenWay Infrastructure in Slovakia, GreenWay Polska in Poland and GreenWay Hrvatska in Croatia. The company joins a diversified shareholder base consisting of Janom Investment, Generation Capital, Helios Energy Investment Funds and Neulogy Ventures, as well as the company’s founder and management.

GreenWay represents Mirova’s fifth investment in the low-carbon mobility sector, following Driveco, Zunder, JET Charge and NEoT Green Mobility.
