South Korea–based Mirae Asset Securities and shareholders are in talks to acquire the three-building complex Landmark72, which encompasses the second-tallest skyscraper in Vietnam, according to KED Global.
The sales price is estimated to be $748.5 million.
SM Keangnam Enterprises, formerly Keangnam Enterprises, established the three-building complex with a combined floor area of 608,946 square meters (6.6 million square feet) in 2012. The property consists of one 72-story mixed-use tower with a height of 350 meters (1,150 feet) and two 48-story twin towers for residences with a height of 212 meters (696 feet).
