Minneapolis Planning Commission to review CA Ventures project

CA Ventures has submitted plans to the Minneapolis Planning Commission for a new development, reported Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

The current proposal is for three connected buildings with six and seven stories, 300 apartment units, 279 parking stalls and 30,000 square feet of retail space, located in the Dinkytown neighborhood of Minneapolis, on SE 15th Avenue between SE Fourth and Fifth streets in an area near the University of Minnesota.
