The $1.6 billion Employees' Retirement System of the County of Milwaukee (Wis.) has issued an RFP seeking an investment consultant, according to a posting on the pension fund’s website.
The contract of the fund’s current consultant, Marquette Associates, is scheduled to expire. The firm has been invited to rebid.
The RFP opened Nov. 20 and will close Jan. 4, 2021.
Milwaukee had a 9.7 percent allocation to real estate against a 10 percent target allocation to the asset class, according to a financial report from September.
