Mesa West raises $390m for real estate debt fund

Mesa West Capital has raised $390 million in it’s first close for Mesa West Real Estate Income Fund IV, according to a filing with the SEC.

The value-added fund launched in July 2015 and is targeting $750 million in equity commitments. The debt fund will focus on all major property types in primary markets. The fund recently received commitments from the San Joaquin County (Calif.) Employees’ Retirement Association and the Texas Stat
