Data management–platform company Mercatus is seeking a vice president of marketing, according to a posting on the company’s LinkedIn page.
Mercatus is headquartered in Silicon Valley, with team members across the globe. The company said it is building a team of inspired, smart and driven individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
Reporting to the president, the vice president of marketing will join the leadership team and help set the strategic direction of the company.
Mercatus is seeking a marketeer who can grow and lead a team and act like a “surgeon,” designing campaigns directed at a narrow audience within targeted accounts, then turning these suspects into qualified pipeline prospects.
The company has invited CMOs or vice presidents of marketing to apply for the role. They are also open to evaluate experienced heads of investor relations that come with the private markets’ empathy, deep relationships and results-driven focus.
