Meadow Partners seeks $600m for new fund

Meadow Partners has launched a sixth real estate fund, targeting $600 million of equity commitments, a spokesperson for the firm confirmed in an email.

The launch of Meadow Real Estate Fund VI follows on the heels of the final closing of its predecessor, Fund V, with $500 million of commitments.

Jeffrey Kaplan, managing partner at Meadow Partners, said the investor base consists of institutional pension funds, endowment and foundation in the United States. The firm is primarily focused on New York City and London.

Current investment themes predominantly include multifamily in both markets, urban infill industrial and distressed debt/recapitalizations.
