Meadow Partners, Affordable Housing & Healthcare Group launch partnership to expand senior living portfolio

Meadow Partners and Knight Frank’s senior housing and equity advisory teams, Affordable Housing & Healthcare Group (AHH), one of the United Kingdom’s providers of senior living shared ownership housing, have formed a partnership.

Under the terms of the partnership, Meadow has acquired six existing schemes, comprised of 550 apartments located across southwest England, and will seek to fund an initial pipeline of an additional 500 apartments.
