Matter Real Estate has appointed Janine Schumann as head of Europe.
Schumann joins from Ares Management, where she served as managing director in the real estate team, focusing on European real estate equity investment and asset management.
Schumann brings two decades of institutional real estate experience across European markets. Having joined Ares Management in 2013, Janine executed and managed a portfolio of complex transactions across the firm’s diversified opportunistic and value-add strategies.
