The $162 million Watertown (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is seeking proposals from qualified investment managers specializing in diversified core-plus real estate investment funds. Both open-end and closed-end funds will be considered in the search.
The Watertown Retirement System’s board is considering making a commitment of up to $5 million and may select more than one manager. Proposed strategies will be diversified by geographical location and sector.
The RFP can be found here on Fiduciary Investment Advisors’ website. All proposals are due Oct. 2, 2017. Manager selection is expected to take place within 180 days of the RFP’s submission deadline.
