Mark IV Capital, a private investment firm, announced it has broken ground on the second phase of its master plan at Victory Logistics District, a 4,300-acre industrial development in Fernley, Nev.
The move marks a significant milestone for the multi-phase project, which has nearly 2 million square feet of class A distribution space completed to date. Once fully delivered, it is expected to significantly contribute to the local economy, according to Evan Slavik, president and CEO of Mark IV Capital.
“Mark IV continues its long history of building in the path of progress by breaking ground on the second phase of the master plan infrastructure at Victory Logistics District,” said Slavik. “This development is set to eventually encompass tens of millions of square feet of distribution and manufacturing space and establish Fernley, a submarket of Reno, as the premier industrial and data center hub in northern Nevada.”
