Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, has arranged the sale of two shopping centers near Boston. The buyers and sellers were not disclosed.
The properties are the 85,199-square-foot Carver Shopping Center in Carver, Mass., which sold for $25 million, and The Shops at Lynnfield, a 64,056-square-foot center in Lynnfield, Mass., which traded for $19.55 million. The sales were arranged by Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan and Boston offices.
Built in 2005, the Carver Shopping Center is anchored by Shaw’s grocery store and located off U.S. Route 44, some 45 miles south of Boston. Additional tenants at Carver Shopping Center include CVS pharmacy, Anytime Fitness, Jamie’s Fine Wine & Spirits.
