BNP Paribas Real Estate in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) has appointed Marcin Klammer as CEO.
Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate Klammer was the European sector leader developing multinational clients in Arcadis, a global consultancy and design company. Simultaneously, he was the CEO of the Polish operations where he managed a team of more than 200 staff, delivering services in buildings, infrastructure, environment and water business lines.
Before becoming the CEO of Arcadis, he was the managing partner of EC Harris in Poland and a member of the European management team responsible for Central and Eastern Europe and Russia.
Separately, Patrick Delcol was appointed head of Pan-European retail. He joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2013 and was the CEO of Central and Eastern Europe.
Delcol has more than 27 years of real estate experience, notably in the retail sector and has previously worked for the BESIX Group, the Eastbridge Group, ING Real Estate Development and DTZ.
