Mapletree Logistics Trust Management has plans to acquire five modern, freehold logistics assets located in Yongin-Icheon, South Korea, for $250 million.
The sellers are two real estate investment trusts affiliated with Mirae Asset Global Investments.
The assets have a total gross floor area of 149,897 square meters (1.6 million square feet) on a combined freehold land area of 148,818 square meters (16 million square feet). The properties have an overall occupancy rate of 100 percent.
