Hancock Natural Resource Group (HNRG), a company of Manulife Investment Management, has completed a majority acquisition of David Del Curto S.A. (DDC), a Chile-based fruit producer and exporter, on behalf of its third-party clients.

DDC is a Chilean fruit production, packing and export company, which produces more than 10 different fruit types across 11 farms, while also managing one of the largest nurseries in the country. It also operates three packing facilities with a capacity of 9 million boxes of fruit.
