Making sense of the market: infrastructure investors and consultants offer perspective

As of this writing (March 19), the equity markets have taken a beating, central banks are using nearly every tool at their disposal and politicians are scrambling to develop stimulus packages to literally hand people money. In other words, panic seems to be the underlying decision-making emotion of policymakers globally. As a publication focused on typically more long-term investment decisions in infrastructure, we have spent significant time talking with investors in the throngs of turmoil to hear directly what they are thinking.
