Madison Capital Group has promoted Rook Verdone to managing director, investments. In his new role, Verdone will oversee investment strategy and transaction execution for Madison Communities, the firm’s multifamily vertical.
Verdone most recently served as director of multifamily investments, where he led underwriting and transaction execution for multifamily and build-to-rent development, acquisition and refinance opportunities. Since joining the firm, he has overseen investment analysis and transaction execution for more than $1.2 billion in new deal volume and has played a key role in supporting a multifamily portfolio exceeding $2 billion in assets under management.
Prior to joining Madison Capital Group, Verdone served as an acquisition associate at ArborCrowd, where he focused on limited partner (LP) equity investments in multifamily and build-to-rent asset classes across the risk spectrum.
