Macquarie Capital, the corporate advisory, capital markets and principal investment arm of Macquarie Group, has announced the appointment of Gabrielle Gauthey as senior adviser to its infrastructure and energy group in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Gauthey will support and help grow Macquarie Capital’s pipeline of investment opportunities across energy and infrastructure globally — with specific focus on data transmission, telecommunications and technology infrastructure. Gauthey joins Macquarie from Caisse des Depots et Consignations, the French Government’s infrastructure investment arm, where she was a member of the executive committee and led direct investment in several asset classes; including infrastructure, real estate and telecommunications.
