Macomb County Retirement System retains AndCo Consulting for another five-year term

The ​​Macomb County (Mich.) Retirement System has retained AndCo Consulting as its investment consultant, abandoning the need for further interviews.

In April, the pension fund launched an RFP in search of an investment consultant. According to a recent board meeting document from Macomb, the search came down to two firms — the pension fund’s current consultant AndCo Consulting and Dahab Consulting. The references that Dahab provided were municipalities that had significantly smaller pension funds compared with Macomb.
