The Macomb County (Mich.) Employees' Retirement System has launched an RFP in search of an investment consultant.
Macomb County is the third most populous of Michigan's 83 counties with 881,000 residents. Its 27 municipalities include three of the 10 largest communities in Michigan, according to the RFP.
The County’s General Fund budget for fiscal year 2022 is $284.3 million, and is nearly $1.1 billion for all funds.
The investment consultant will provide services for the five-year period beginning Jan. 1, 2023 and ending Dec. 31, 2027.
