M7 Real Estate has acquired Century Business Park, Finglas, in Dublin for €4.47 million ($4.9 million), on behalf of its M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners V fund from Marshalsea Property Company.
The firm’s fifth European value-add property fund raised €65 million ($71 million) at its first close in March. The commitments came from 25 investors, including high-net-worth investors, family offices and sovereign wealth funds from Europe, Hong Kong and the Middle East.
Century Business Park is an industrial development comprising 220,000 square feet across 19 industrial and trade counter warehouse units ranging between 1,900 square feet and 36,000 square feet, according to M7.
