Lubbock Fire Pension Fund to invest $10m in American Realty Strategic Value Fund

Texas-based Lubbock Fire Pension Fund has approved a $10 million investment in the American Realty Strategic Value Fund, an open-end fund managed by American Realty Advisors.

The commitment was disclosed in a recently released board meeting document.

The American Realty Strategic Value Fund plans to invest in office, retail, industrial, multifamily and other properties through a risk-controlled strategy that focuses to add value at different stages of the investment cycle. The diverse range of investments will be located in selected markets throughout the United States. Investors include corporate pension funds, public pension funds and Taft-Hartley/multiemployer plans.
