Louisiana School Employees commits $10m to Kinterra Critical Materials and Infrastructure Opportunities Fund II

The Louisiana School Employees’ Retirement System (LSERS) has committed $10 million to Kinterra Critical Materials and Infrastructure Opportunities Fund II, according to meeting materials.

The fund, managed by Kinterra Capital, targets opportunities in critical materials and infrastructure, specifically electric batteries, energy storage solutions and renewable technologies in North America, Western Europe and Australia.

LSERS, a public pension fund, had $2.3 billion in total assets under management, as of Sept. 30, 2024.
