Harridge Development Group has won approval from the Los Angeles city council for a $1 billion mixed-use project in the city’s Hollywood area.
The eight-acre project, Crossroads Hollywood, will consist of 950 apartments and condos, a 308-room hotel, and 190,000 square feet of commercial space in buildings reaching 26, 30, and 32 stories in height.
Investors of the Crossroads Hollywood project said it would bring in needed housing and give an economic jolt to the neighborhood, reported the Los Angeles. Times.
