Longpoint Partners has acquired a 222,398-square-foot class A industrial asset in Tolleson, Ariz. Located at 130 S. 83rd Ave., the freestanding single-tenant building is 100 percent leased to Exel Inc. (dba DHL Supply Chain). DHL’s client is Bose Corp., a globally recognized leader in the audio industry known for its high-quality sound systems and innovative technology. Bose had previously leased the project for approximately 25 years since 1999 before recently assigning the lease to DHL in the summer of 2024.
Longpoint Partners acquired the premier industrial asset for $36.05 million.
