Long Harbour has reached financial completion of a 204-unit build-to-rent development, or Phase 2, of Leaside Lock, a vibrant new riverside development in the heart of Zone 2 in East London.
The new 28-story tower, to be known as Riverstone Heights, will offer a collection of studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in Zone 2’s Bromley-by-Bow and will be open to residents in the spring.
To reinforce the development’s strong community feel, Long Harbour will also deliver 13,000 square feet of shared amenity space, which will include a co-working space and a rooftop terrace.
Riverstone Heights has been built using sustainable modern methods of construction and will consistently target high ESG and GRESB ratings with Way of Life, an award-winning, lifestyle-focused build-to-rent consumer platform that will manage the property.
