The London Fund surpasses $200m

The London Pensions Fund Authority (LPFA) has invested £50 million ($69 million) in The London Fund, which is focused on investment opportunities in private rented sector affordable housing, regeneration schemes and specialist accommodations, such as senior living and co-living.

Local Pensions Partnership Investments serves as the investment manager, and London CIV serves as the alternative investment fund manager for the fund. The latest investment brings the fund’s total capital to £150 million ($208 million).
