LMC names new MD of business development and investor relations

Lennar Multifamily Communities (LMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Lennar, the largest single-family home builder in the United States, has hired Kevin Harrell as managing director, head of business development and investor relations.

Harrell joined the firm in August, having previously worked in a similar capacity at Guggenheim Partners and GWL Realty Advisors.

LMC Investments functions as the private equity real estate arm of LMC, focused exclusively on acquiring and developing institutional quality multifamily assets within the United States. Since its founding in 2011, the firm has developed or is currently developing more than 90 properties representing 30,000 units and $10.5 billion in gross asset value.
