Lionstone Investments JV to develop 14-acre mixed-use development in Houston

Lionstone Investments and Hanover Co. are partnering on Autry Park, a 14-acre mixed-use development at the western edge of Houston’s Buffalo Bayou Park.

The 14-acre site will include five towers, almost 1,500 residences and hundreds of thousands of square feet for offices and retail.

The first phase of construction is under way and is expected to be ready for tenant build-out in 2021. This phase will offer 750 residential units and 50,000 square feet for retail. Over the next two phases, developers plan to build a total of 350,000 square feet of class A office space, 100,000 square feet of retail and 1,450 residential units.
