Hong Kong–based Link REIT has completed its acquisition of 100 Market Street in Sydney from Blackstone Group, reported The Sydney Morning Herald. This is its first investment outside China. IREI reported the transaction in December 2019.
The sales price was A$683 million ($430 million).
The office sits on top of the Westfield mall, totaling 28,385 square meters (tk square feet), spanning up 10 stories.
The sale was part of Blackstone’s acquisition of the Scentre Group office portfolio in August 2019.
