Lincoln Property Co. has plans to build a 32-story, 400-foot high-rise in Orlando’s CBD.
The T2 Building, as it will be called, will be located at Church St. Station and will be taller than its sister building — the 28-story SunTrust Plaza. The T2 Building will feature hotel rooms, retail space and hospitality space, reported local news outlets. The Orlando Business Journal says this is one of 10 new towers proposed for Orlando's 1,000-acre central business district.
