Lennar has plans to establish a new market serving the Inland Northwest region.
Lennar has five new communities planned in the Greater Spokane, Wash., and Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, area offering townhome and single-family home designs. The new communities are Corbin Meadows in Post Falls, Idaho; Hayden Canyon in Hayden, Idaho; Woodridge Grandview in Spokane; and Stonehill in Liberty Lake, Wash.
