Lendlease has expanded its presence in Asia with the launch of its first flagship senior living development near Shanghai, worth approximately A$400 million ($281 million).
Located in Zhujiajiao, a unique heritage water town within the Qingpu district of Shanghai, the project marks Lendlease’s entry into the growing senior living market in China. It also signifies Lendlease’s long-term commitment to the Chinese market.
The property, Ardor Gardens, will provide upmarket resort-like services for 1,300 residents in more than 850 apartments. It is scheduled to open in 2021.
