Lendlease has appointed Mark Dickinson to the role of managing director of development for its Americas region.
Dickinson is based out of Lendlease’s New York City office.
Dickinson is a 20-year veteran of the development and construction sectors in both Europe and Australia. From 2010–2013, Dickinson worked with Lendlease as the managing director of development for the Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) region, where he oversaw development and construction of some of Lendlease’s seminal projects, including the regeneration of the Elephant & Castle district into a mixed-use urban center with over 3,000 new homes; the development of the International Quarter business district that encompasses 350 homes and over 4 million square feet of commercial space; and construction of the Athlete’s Village that delivered 2,700 apartments to house 17,000 athletes during London’s 2012 Olympic games.
