Legacy Partners to build 350 apartments in Orlando’s Tourist Corridor

Legacy Partners announced that, in a joint venture with Phoenix Capital Partners, they closed on 11.4 acres of land at 7488 Universal Boulevard to build a luxury apartment community with 350 units in four buildings with elevators. The community, which is in close proximity to Universal Studios, Lockheed Martin and the Orange County Convention Center, is expected to deliver in the summer of 2021.

Resident amenities include a commercial-grade fitness center with yoga studio, sports lounge, internet café with coffee service, two sky lounges, pet spa and dog park, saltwater pool with cabanas, an outdoor living room and kitchen with grills and café tables, and garages with direct building access. The apartments will feature 10-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinets and light fixtures, large walk-in closets, balconies, and a smart home technology package.
