Landmark Properties to invest in student housing developments

Landmark Properties will develop seven new student housing properties totaling 4,450 beds in six states across the United States.

It will increase the firm’s total assets under construction to more than $2.9 billion.

The communities are spread across six states — California, Florida, Georgia, New York, Texas and Washington .

The announced developments include The Mark at Athens (Phase II) near the University of Georgia; The Retreat at Sacramento near California State University, Sacramento; The Standard at Coral Gables near the University of Miami; The Standard at Berkeley near the University of California – Berkeley; The Station at Buffalo near the State University of New York at Buffalo; The Mark at Austin near the University of Texas; and The Retreat
