Landmark Properties has joined Stockbridge, a real estate investment firm, to recapitalize The Retreat East, a student housing community in Orlando.
This student housing community has 602 bedrooms arranged in cottage-style units near the University of Central Florida. Retreat East was completed in 2021 and has since been stabilized. The complex offers pools, a fitness center and a student-centered club house.
Landmark Properties focuses on development, construction, investment management and operation of high-quality residential communities. This is Landmark Properties’ second transaction with Stockbridge, as the firms closed The Retreat Tampa in November.
