Landmark Partners promotes 31 professionals
Landmark Partners has promoted 31 professionals across its investment teams and operations group.
Kathryn Regan was promoted to partner. Regan has been a member of the private equity team since 1999 and is engaged in private equity transaction underwriting, negotiation and execution. She has a direct role in private equity portfolio acquisitions, fund recapitalizations, joint venture partnerships, SBA buyouts and primary commitments. Regan also leads the Quantitative Research Group’s LIVE Program. She is based in Simsbury, Conn.
Greg Lombardi, John Stott and Avi Turetsky were promoted to managing director.
Lombardi is based in Simsbury, Conn., and focuses on real estate as a member of the investor relations and business development team.
Stott is a member of the private equity team. He is engaged in transaction origination, underwriting, and negotiation of private equity investments and is also based in Simsbury.
Turetsky is a member of the quantitative research group in New York.
Seven professionals were promoted to director. William Smalley was promoted on the private equity team. Quentin Kruel and Gina Spiegel were promoted on the real estate team. Sean Silva was promoted in the quantitative research group. David Allen, Sara Lashetski and Kristen Lawler were promoted in the finance and operations group.
Additional promotions are Pamela Hanafi to vice president on the private equity team, Bob Norberg and John Samela to senior associate on the real estate team, and Chelsea Stevenson and Matt Turner to senior associate in investor relations and business development. Arabella Haughian was also promoted to senior compliance associate.
Five professionals in the finance and operations group were promoted to senior manager. They include: Elizabeth Diamond, Scott Goldstein, Erin Klotz, Yoko Lunden and Alanna Ramirez-Arnold. Jessica Guerrero was also promoted to senior corporate accountant and Nolan Farrell to senior IT specialist.
Seven professionals were promoted to associate across the firm. They include: Chih-Wei Chang, Kathleen Grabowski, Nick Karp, Nick Keywork, Halle Marra, Mike Scanlon and Alex Williams.
