Lærernes Pension joins Slättö’s investor lineup

Danish pension fund Lærernes Pension has committed SEK 600 million ($57 million) to a fund managed by Nordic real estate investor Slättö.

Lærernes Pension joins a group of investors, which includes family offices in the Nordics and institutional investors, such as Nordea Life and Pension.

Slättö has a thematic investment strategy, sourcing portfolios consisting of multifamily residential properties and prime logistics projects, with a focus on last-mile delivery and light industrial assets with value-add potential. The emphasis is on investments in metropolitan areas and regional cities in the Nordics.
