LACERA slates €150m for DIF Core-Plus Infrastructure Fund III

The $73.8 billion Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) has approved a commitment of up to €150 million ($160 million) to DIF Core-Plus Infrastructure Fund III, managed by DIF Capital Partners.

DIF invests in a wide range of international, high-quality infrastructure projects that generate stable, long-term cash-flows. The firm currently manages around €9.5 billion ($10 billion) of assets across nine investment funds. To date, DIF has invested in and managed more than 200 infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

DIF Core-Plus Infrastructure Fund III is a real assets fund focusing on infrastructure in the segments of digital, energy transition, transportation and social infrastructure assets, primarily in Europe and North America. A fundraising target was not known at the time of publication.
