Stos Partners has sold a 182,275-square-foot industrial building located in the infill Los Angeles County submarket of Pomona, Calif., for $45.9 million.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer in the transaction.
The project is situated on 8.48 acres of land and is 100 percent occupied by an in-place tenant, a credit-backed manufacturing and distribution company.
