A U.K.-focused real estate debt fund managed by BentallGreenOak has received a combined £170 million (€198 million/$241 million) in commitments from three South Korean institutions, including the Korean Teachers’ Credit Union, reported The Korea Economic Daily.
The fund is raising $1.3 billion in equity commitments, which it will invest in real estate secured loans of office buildings, logistics assets and data centers in major cities across the United Kingdom.
