Korean investor acquires Orange County luxury office

Korea Investment & Securities Co. has acquired a luxury office building in Orange County, Calif., valued at approximately 100 billion won ($86 million), according to media reports.

The seller was Ocean West Capital Partners.

The office building totals 19,504 square meters (209,939 square feet), spending up nine floors, and two floors underground.

Tenants include the California State Government, which occupies about 84 percent of the office space, and the remaining is rented by other businesses.
