Klima Energy Transition Fund reaches €210m final close

Klima Energy Transition Fund, a vehicle managed by Alantra and Enagás, through its affiliate Enagás Emprende, has completed its final close with €210 million ($209 million) in commitments, surpassing its initial target of €150 million ($149 million).

The fund was backed by institutional investors, energy-related companies, public and European institutions, and family offices. The closing also included a €30 million ($29 million) commitment from the European Investment Fund, part of the European Investment Bank Group, and a €50 million ($49 million) joint investment from Alantra and its shareholders, Enagás and the investment team.
