KKR acquires majority stake in French operator

KKR has acquired a strategic stake in Etche France from Groupe BMF and co-founders. Etche is a private real estate company, founded in 2010, which owns and operates a portfolio of more than 120 assets with a gross asset value of €400 million ($439 million) across France in the logistics, light industrial and office sectors.

The investment in Etche was made through a European real estate fund managed by KKR.
