Kidder Mathews welcomes industrial specialist Alex Olsen

Alex Olsen has joined Kidder Mathews’ San Fernando Valley office as a senior vice president specializing in industrial properties in Ventura and San Luis Obispo counties.

Prior to joining the firm, Olsen was with Becker Group in Ventura, Calif., for 24 years. He was a part of the redevelopment of downtown and midtown Ventura, guiding clients through the city entitlement process for property sales including industrial, retail and land. In the last several years, he has specialized in industrial development, leasing and sales for owner-users throughout Ventura County.
