Kern County Employees slates $300m for LBA Logistics Value Fund IX

The Kern County (Calif.) Employees Retirement Association (KCERA) has approved a $300 million commitment to the LBA Logistics Value Fund IX, according to the minutes of the Oct. 13 board meeting .

Targeting $2 billion in equity commitments, the closed-end LBA Logistics Value Fund IX, managed by LBA Realty, will invest in core-plus and value-added industrial and logistics properties in the United States.

The fund has secured $1.4 billion in capital commitments and also was backed by the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System.
