Kennedy Wilson Real Estate Fund VI, managed by Beverly Hills, Calif.–based Kennedy Wilson, has raised $379 million in capital to date, according to an SEC Form D filed on Wednesday.
A total of 16 investors have backed the value-add fund.
Kennedy Wilson Real Estate Fund VI has added more than $50 million since a previous filing in July, when Kennedy Wilson said it had secured $323 million for its sixth real estate fund.
The investment vehicle is targeting CBD and suburban office, industrial, land, medical office, mixed-use, multifamily and retail assets. It will also consider mezzanine investments, distressed properties and diversified assets.
Kennedy Wilson has $17 billion of assets under management and $2.4 billion of assets under development.
